Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our North Tucson clinic. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support children through engaging activities. Starting compensation varies by education level and ABA experience, with opportunities for advancement into leadership and BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and handle active pace with children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
