Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is hiring Autism Technicians in Raleigh, NC. This part-time role supports children and adolescents with behavioral goals under BCBA supervision, assisting with day-to-day activities and data collection.

Experience is not required; on-site training is provided. The position offers a flexible schedule from 12pm to 4pm, with hourly pay between $18 and $20 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist children/adolescents with daily activities and social interactions.
• Work with BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
• Record and collect data on clients' progress.
• Communicate with clients' families.

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Autism Technicians to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

Position details: Part-time, M-F shifts times from 12pm to 4pm (20hrs.)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Compensation: $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour based on your experience

What You’ll Do

Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on clients' progress, and communicate with client's families.
