INTERCARE is hiring Behavior Technicians for in-home and clinic-based roles in California. Earn $22.00–$26.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and flexible afternoon/evening schedules. Paid training and mileage reimbursement are offered; part-time with travel to client locations is required.

No ABA experience needed—comprehensive paid training is provided. Join a championship team and make a meaningful impact on children's development throughABA-based interventions.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma plus one of the following requirements.
• At least one completed college course or currently enrolled in college.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree accepted.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, registration and insurance.
• Must be comfortable with travel to client locations within 20–40 miles Radius.
• Bilingual skills are a plus and beneficial.
• Physically active role including standing, kneeling, running and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging and supportive environment for each child.
