Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Behavioral Caregiver/Technician to support children and adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors. You will work closely with a BCBA to implement care plans and track client progress during each session, assisting families at home with daily living activities and social interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification for Adult & Child.
• TB test up to date.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provides one-to-one behavior intervention services to clients as instructed.
• Implements goals and objectives from the treatment plan.
• Conducts daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, and behavior areas.
• Assists client with personal care activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
