Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide one-on-one support to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental needs in California.

The role involves documenting progress, assisting with social and communication skills, and implementing ABA plans prescribed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Competitive hourly pay ($24–$28) with weekly paychecks, paid time off, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of 40-hour ABA training; training provided.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
