Job summary

aba360 is seeking compassionate professionals to provide home-based support for a teen with Autism in New Jersey. This role focuses on one-on-one coaching, using evidence-based strategies to help develop skills and independence.

You will work closely with the family, support daily routines during at-home sessions, and document progress and observations. A patient, reliable person comfortable working in home settings is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred).
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence.
• Support learning and daily routines at home sessions.
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting.
• Accurately record progress and observations.
