Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient home-based support provider to assist a teen with Autism in New Jersey. This part-time role focuses on one-on-one engagement, skill-building, and daily routine support in a home setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the family, apply evidence-based strategies, and maintain thorough progress notes to help the teen grow in independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred).
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence.
• Support learning and daily routines during home sessions.
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting.
• Accurately record progress and observations.
