Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking ABA professionals for flexible, remote opportunities across the USA. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support families, and contribute to data-driven treatment plans. Training and ongoing CEUs accompany a collaborative clinical team and scalable scheduling options.

RBT certification is required prior to start. The role supports work-life balance with varied caseloads and nationwide licensing assistance, including providing in-home or telepractice care as needed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
