Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated RBTs to support clients with Autism through one-on-one ABA services in home or community settings across the USA. You’ll design and implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to drive meaningful outcomes.

We offer flexible, part-time schedules, the ability to work remotely, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive network of professionals committed to growth and client success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
