Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carries out daily program plans as prescribed through the individual plan of service and the Behavioral Treatment Plan.
• Assists persons served with the administration of medication as prescribed.
• Assists with preparation of daily programming and materials.
• Documents progress through clinical service notes.
• Communicates professionally with families, persons served, and coworkers.
