• Documents the progress of persons served through the completion of clinical service notes.
• Participates in person centered planning-related meetings as requested.
• Shows professional communication with families, persons served, and coworkers.

General SummaryThis position performs a variety of direct service functions for persons served who are enrolled in Autism program services, including services for adults and children.
