Bedford Public Schools seeks an Educational Support Professional for the Sail 1 Program (ESP-3). You will assist students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a sub-separate classroom, applying ABA principles, discrete trial task analysis, and naturalistic teaching. Training includes five days before school starts.

You will support routines, small-group instruction, data collection, and collaboration with teachers to meet IEP goals and behavior plans, with emphasis on de-escalation and safety.

Formación

• Associates Degree in Psychology, Education or related area preferred.
• Ability to integrate into classroom and support student engagement.
• Collect, record, and analyze data across multiple data points.
• Record data collected into spreadsheets and provide graphs to display progress.

Responsabilidades

• Support classroom routines and reinforce social interaction programs.
• Provide supervision and student support in all school environments and during activities.
• Provide small group or individual instructional support aligned with student goals and IEPs.
• Consult with teachers to align targets and expectations for learning.
• Support academic and behavioral programs with data collection and cueing.
