Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking caring individuals to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills through play-based ABA therapy. The role is full-time, on-site in Englewood, CO, with predictable daytime hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Start date is immediate; no experience is required as paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; must provide proof of degree (diploma or transcript) before offer.
• Experience in childcare or related roles is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow.
