Job summary

Trellis Services is hiring instructors to work with children and adolescents (ages 9 to 21) diagnosed with autism in our Baltimore County After School Program in Towson 21286. This part-time role offers flexible hours, $19/hr pay and participation in our 401K plan, serving as a strong resume builder for a career in special education.

Instructors will work under a Case Manager, applying ABA principles, providing one-on-one support, and gaining experience across Maryland counties with

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• At least 100 hours of experience with individuals with developmental delays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support for community independence, daily living and recreation.
• Work flexible afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with Case Managers and use ABA principles.
• Potential to advance into other Trellis roles across Maryland.
• Build a solid foundation for a career in special education.
