Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings.

You will work with a supportive clinical team, deliver one-on-one ABA services, and record session data to track progress. Flexible hours and paid training are provided, with a 6-month commitment encouraged to help families achieve goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required prior to employment.
• Willingness to commit to 6 months.
• Passion for helping children with Autism and families.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.

Need to Know:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
