Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Teacher Assistant for the May Center School in Wilmington, MA to support students aged 3–21 with Autism and developmental disabilities. You will assist in implementing ABA-based strategies, support IEP goals, and help students build essential skills in a nurturing classroom environment.

Qualifications

Age: 18+
Education: High School Diploma or GED
License: Current valid U.S. driver’s license
Availability: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-4 PM, year-round)
Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, reliability, compassion, and adaptability

Responsibilities

Support lead teachers in implementing IEPs.
Assist students with personal care and behavioral interventions.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Use ABA strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence.
Document student progress and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.
