Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks part-time ABA therapists and paraprofessionals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations. The role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours and entry into the ABA field with comprehensive training.

Responsibilities include direct implementation of skill-building, data recording, and collaboration with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. A 40-hour RBT course is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• No ABA experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Experience in Education or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
