Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking team members to help children with Autism in their homes or community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, supporting independence and positive behavior, while recording data and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

No prior experience is required; a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is expected, with full training provided. Positions start part-time and offer flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team implementing skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
