Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in homes or community settings. This part-time role is ideal for educators, paraprofessionals, or assistants seeking entry into ABA with training provided.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families and supervisors to improve outcomes. A 40-hour RBT course is required to start, with a six-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
