Soar Autism Center seeks a Speech Pathologist to join a dynamic pediatric care team in Colorado. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and social communication disorders in children with ASD, and design comprehensive treatment plans for ages 2–6.

Collaborate with behavior analysts, OTs, and psychologists, engage families, and monitor progress with evidence-based strategies. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Active state licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology in CO or AZ required or eligible.
• Preference for 3+ years of experience; open to new graduates.
• Experience with AAC or willingness to learn.
• Ability to connect with young children in a playful, engaging manner.

Aufgaben

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
• Design and implement treatment plans to improve communication for ages 2–6.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (SLP, BCBAs, OT, psychologist).
• Engage families with education, resources, and support.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes.
