Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to empower diverse learners. You will collaborate with ARD teams to develop and implement IEPs, deliver differentiated instruction in inclusion and resource settings, and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.

This role requires knowledge of IDEA and ARD processes, a TEA EC-12 special education certification, and a commitment to collaborative planning with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Texas EC-12 Special Education certification by TEA.
• Knowledge of IDEA and ARD processes; CPR certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with ARD input.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in inclusion and resource settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paras, related service providers, and families.
• Support positive behavior with BIPs and classroom management strategies.
• Address academic, social, and emotional needs with individualized supports.
