Job summary

Lifeworks is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Supported Living Homes in Ohio. You will supervise direct care staff and ensure client safety, implement individualized supports, and lead program activities in a structured home setting.

You will collaborate with the clinical coordinator on ISP/BSP oversight, case management, and interdepartmental partnerships, contributing to strong community ties and quality outcomes for adults with autism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
• Openness to multidisciplinary approaches to treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of supports and client safety in the supported living home.
• Provide clinical oversight of ISPs, BSPs, assessment, intervention and data collection.
• Educate and train staff in prescriptive plans and best practices for adults with ASD.
• Provide administrative oversight to ensure compliance with agency rules and regulations.
• Organize daily activities and routines to optimize client learning.
