Job summary

Lifeworks in Ohio seeks a Team Coordinator for Day and Vocational Services to lead program operations and develop innovative supports for adults with autism. This role reports to the Program Director and emphasizes staff development, compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration.

The coordinator will oversee direct services, coordinate clinicians and technicians, and ensure programs stay aligned with accreditation and state requirements, while promoting client safety and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (Special Education, Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology, etc.)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst, Registered Behavior Technician, or Ohio Licensed Teacher preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service and maintain oversight of supports and interventions while ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Coordinate services provided by Autism & Mental Health Technicians.
• Provide clinical oversight of ISPs, BSPs, assessment, intervention, data collection, and delegated nursing tasks where appropriate.
• Educate and train staff in prescriptive plans and ABA-based practices for adults with autism, including daily living skills, self-care, communication, social skills, and leisure activities.
