Job summary

Quest Autism Programs in New Jersey seeks a Program Coordinator to lead the Adult Day Hab program, coordinating services, partnerships, and data-driven improvements.

You will work Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm with some weekends/evenings; ensure NJ DDD regulations compliance, manage billing and Therap data, and supervise staff. Driving participants to activities is required.

If you hold a related Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in leadership within social services, you will join a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience with adults with disabilities, especially higher needs on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to provide behavioral redirection for adults with autism.
• Handle with Care training completed.
• Ability to lift/push 50 pounds.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with electronic health records (Therap).
• Proven program development, project management, and compliance.
• Excellent public speaking for diverse audiences.
• Strong marketing skills for outreach campaigns via social media.
• Data collection methods and analysis for reporting.
• Knowledge of social work principles for high needs population.
• Bilingual abilities desirable.
• Leadership in underserved populations; ABA support and special education experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple projects.
• Technical proficiency with software tools for project tracking and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate services at the Adult Day Hab Program.
• Coordinate scheduling for community integration for participants.
• Collaborate with community partners and agencies to maximize program impact.
• Oversee data collection and Therap notes to monitor outcomes and compliance.
• Assist Program Manager with billing submissions.
• Ensure data is recorded for behavioral clinicians.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and supervise DSPs.
• Provide empathetic client communication with cultural sensitivity.
• Lead weekly team meetings and supervise staff.
• Drive participants to community outings and activities.
• Support adults with daily living activities and recreation.
• Attend outreach events with Program Leadership Team.
