Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum of one year experience preferred
• Valid driver's license (minimum 3-year driving experience)
• Experience using electronic health record system preferred
• Minimum 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Works towards the accomplishment of department/Agency goals
• Maintains confidentiality and reports breaches in confidentiality
• Observes and maintains professional boundaries with members, co-workers, and supervisors
• Attend all scheduled meetings, as assigned
• Meets continuing educational/training requirement
• Completes required documentation/paperwork accurately and timely
• Completes all assigned trainings
