Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field (e.g., early childhood education/development, special education, or psychology).
• Must have and maintain CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain program records and conduct monthly progress updates.
• Develop and deliver intervention activities; educate parents.
• Prepare evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Provide staff training and attend meetings; stay current with autism research.
• Communicate effectively with families and maintain confidentiality.
