Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or substantial management experience.
• High emotional intelligence and professional communication with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Establish strong connections with families, guiding onboarding.
• Attract, engage and retain 25–50 teammates; conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Partner with leadership to ensure clinical quality and safety.
