Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, emphasize teamwork, and value compassionate caregivers. You may be required to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to an active environment while making a meaningful impact

Qualifications

• Patient and compassionate, able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain CPR, First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
