Job summary

Role requires licensed or eligible credentials in behavioral health and 2+ years of ASD/ABA experience; remote work flexibility is offered for Indiana residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master's degree or higher in psychology or related field; BCBA/PhD considered.
• 2+ years of ASD/ABA experience in managed care or clinical setting.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating across teams.
• Ability to analyze clinical or operational data to drive improvements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities; remote work per policy.
• Residence in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Manage ASD/ABA provider performance through scorecards and data analysis.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement using claims and outcomes data.
• Partner with providers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Lead projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise to support team development.
• Anticipate needs and identify opportunities to enhance performance and service delivery.
• Support resource planning and achievement of program goals.
