Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Indiana is seeking an Autism Program Manager/Lead to drive ASD/ABA provider performance and program operations. The role partners with providers and internal teams to address challenges and improve outcomes, with remote work options for Indiana residents.

Responsibilities include leading projects, mentoring colleagues, and shaping provider strategy while leveraging data to guide improvements in quality and access for members.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related behavioral health field with licensure.
• Ph.D. licensure or BCBA certification is required/preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in ASD/ABA in managed care or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage ASD/ABA provider performance through scorecards, data analysis, and performance improvement initiatives
• Identify provider trends using claims, quality, compliance, and outcomes data
• Partner with providers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes
• Lead projects, mentor team members, and provide guidance on program strategy
• Influence decision-making and drive program effectiveness
