Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology or related behavioral health field with licensure.
  • Ph.D. licensure or BCBA certification is required/preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in ASD/ABA in managed care or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ASD/ABA provider performance through scorecards, data analysis, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Identify provider trends using claims, quality, compliance, and outcomes data
  • Partner with providers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes
  • Lead projects, mentor team members, and provide guidance on program strategy
  • Influence decision-making and drive program effectiveness
