You will partner with providers and cross-functional teams to address challenges, lead projects, and mentor staff while ensuring program effectiveness.

The role requires Indiana residency with the flexibility to work remotely. Requires licensed/board-certified credentials and 2+ years in ASD/ABA environments, plus strong

Qualifications

• Licensed/board-certified as required or BCBA certification.
• 2+ years of ASD/ABA experience in managed care or clinical settings.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage ASD/ABA provider performance via scorecards and data analysis.
• Identify trends and opportunities using claims, quality and outcomes data.
• Partner with providers and internal stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Lead projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Mentor teammates and share best practices for program operations.
