Job summary

Lifeworks is seeking an Assistant Clinical Coordinator for the Monarch Adult Autism Program in Northeast Ohio. You will work under the Clinical Coordinator as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure program adherence to the Monarch Model and supervise staff on the floor.

You will manage assessment procedures, develop goals, produce reports, train staff, and help with program compliance and accreditation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Licensure as BCBA or COBA preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism.
• Candidates may be pursuing BCBA coursework under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Utilize preference assessments to determine consumer preferences.
• Set ISP goals using assessments and direct observation.
• Design and implement ABA programs and BCBA-supervised plans.
• Employ evidence-based teaching procedures in skill-building programs.
• Provide interpretation of assessment results and supervise interventions.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and update data systems.
• Train staff and supervise on the floor.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
