Qualifications

• Experience in human services with children with autism and families.
• Knowledge of benefits like MassHealth, SNAP, SSI and related resources.
• Understanding of crisis intervention and safety planning.

Responsibilities

• Implements service plan interventions for children and young adults with ASD.
• Provides direct training to develop daily living skills.
• Maintains documentation in individual and program records.
• Acts as an advocate for persons served.
• Escorts clients into the community using public transportation or a vehicle.
• Monitors status and provides crisis intervention as needed.
• Performs housekeeping tasks and attends trainings.
