Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in progressively responsible human services functions, at least one in autism.
• Knowledge of public benefits, entitlements, and resources in Massachusetts and surrounding areas.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families in their homes at least monthly and coordinate quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with DDS staff to review cases and plan services.
• Maintain documentation in DDS systems and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
• Support families in budget development and accessing autism waiver services.
• Coordinate with providers and maintain boundaries to avoid conflicts of interest.
