Job summary

Crawford County Mental Health Center (CCMHC) in Kansas is seeking an Individual Intensive Support - Autism Technician to provide ABA services under supervision of a BCBA, BCBA or CAS. You will implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help learners become more autonomous.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma or GED, background checks, Kansas certification, and a valid driver's license. You will work with learners diagnosed with ASD, follow BIPs, collect and analyze data, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass pre-employment background checks.
• Certification in the State of Kansas to provide this service is required.
• Experience working with behaviorally challenged children or adults.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow dress code policies of any alternative work locations.
• Apply Behavior Plans for learners with ASD as set by the BCBA.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and inform interventions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality services.
• Meet department productivity and documentation standards.
