Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is hiring Behavior Technicians in the Wichita, KS area to support treatment teams with ABA interventions for children with special needs.

Positions involve one-on-one and group activities, data collection, and adherence to treatment plans. Applicants should have a high school diploma, valid ID, reliable transport, and be willing to obtain an RBT credential within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid ID, have reliable transportation and maintain appropriate auto insurance.
• Pass criminal background checks as required by funding sources.
• Obtain the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) credential within 3 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Act professionally and treat clients with respect and dignity at all times.
• Engage in professional development activities as outlined by IBT, including attending training sessions and reviewing literature.
• Conduct intervention and data collection as prescribed by the client’s treatment plan and report data.
• Follow designated protocols to foster skills and behavior generalization.
• Stay apprised of IBP/PCSP programs and demonstrate competency under supervision.
• Complete weekly communication reports summarizing schedule and therapy tasks.
