Job summary

Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. in Kansas seeks a Behavior Technician in Arkansas City to implement behavioral interventions for children with autism as part of a treatment team.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid ID, reliable transportation, and background checks, plus the RBT credential within 3 months. Training in ABA, a flexible schedule (8am–8pm) and some weekends are expected; prior autism experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass criminal background checks as required by funding sources.
• Obtain the RBT credential within 3 months of hire date.
• Be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage in intervention and data collection as prescribed by the treatment plan.
• Follow designated protocols to foster skills and behavior generalization.
• Submit weekly communication reports.
• Stay apprised of IBP/PCSP program and demonstrate competency under supervision.
