Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is hiring an Intervention Specialist for our Autism Scholarship Program at the Cincinnati (Sharonville) clinic. The role provides academic intervention for students with autism and other disabilities, in a center-based setting, through the Autism Scholarship Program.

You will plan daily lessons, align with IEP goals, collaborate with school districts, and support RBTs/IAs. The position requires RESA certification and experience in educational services for students needing

Qualifications

• RESA certification required.
• Certification for Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Intense disabilities.
• Proven background providing educational services to learners with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily lessons aligned with IEP goals.
• Draft proposed IEP goals and submit to districts.
• Attend IEP and AEP meetings and renewals.
• Enter IEP goals into internal systems.
• Create instructional materials for RBTs/IAs.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) on programming.
• Supervise students and RBTs/IAs in class.
• Complete quarterly progress reports for Ohio DOE portal.
• Navigate OH|ID Portal.
