Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Interventionist to provide direct services to students with autism and related disorders. You will implement clinical programs under supervision, supporting classrooms and one-on-one interventions.

A 6–8 week placement window may apply, with a commute of 20 to 40 miles to assigned schools. Availability for school hours is essential for training and ongoing career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with students preferred; exposure to autism spectrum disorder (ASD) highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, implement clinical treatment programming and behavior intervention strategies by providing classroom support, one-on-one direct intervention, and therapy services to children with autism and related disorders.
• Maintain punctual, consistent, reliable schedule with students.
• Produce required administrative and clinical paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
• Comply with company’s policies, procedures, timelines and budgets.
• Learn, respect, and represent the Intercare history, mission, and brand.
