Innovative Therapy Center in Uniontown, OH seeks a Part-Time Intervention Specialist to develop and provide educational services for students enrolled in Ohio’s Jon Peterson and Autism Scholarship Programs.

The role emphasizes individualized instruction, collaboration with families, and building a new program from the ground up. Part-time hours may grow with enrollment and program needs, supporting a multidisciplinary team approach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IEP process, goals, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and professionals.
• Experience collecting and documenting student progress and outcomes.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support students.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized or small group special education instruction based on each student's needs.
• Implement educational services and goals identified through the student's IEP.
• Develop instructional strategies based on student strengths and learning styles.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction as appropriate.
• Collect data and maintain accurate educational documentation.
• Complete progress reporting related to scholarship services.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with school districts and other educational professionals.
• Work with ITC's Speech, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Feeding & Swallowing, and Mental Health teams.
