Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. seeks an ASP Intervention Specialist to deliver Autism Scholarship Program services at our Sharonville clinic, coordinating with BCBAs, families, and school districts to implement tailored IEP-aligned goals.

The role emphasizes progress reporting, supervision of RBTs/IAs, and ongoing collaboration with districts to renew IEPs, with full-time hours at our Cincinnati location.

Qualifications

• Experience providing educational services to learners needing behavioral intervention.
• Ability to identify and assess students' educational needs.
• Plan and implement daily lesson plans aligned with IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Enter IEP goals and targets into internal systems.
• Create instructional materials for RBTs/IAs to support goal implementation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust goals as necessary.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) to ensure consistency across educational and behavioral programming.
• Supervise students and RBTs/IAs during daily classroom activities.
• Provide direction and coaching to RBTs/IAs on instructional techniques.
