Qualifications

• Experience: None.
• Physical activities: Lift a student up to 40 pounds; perform 2-person lift for heavier students.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Develops, implements, monitors, and reviews the IEP for each student on caseload, at least annually.
• Collaborates with general education teachers and Related Services Staff to provide services.
• Maintains lesson plans and aligns instruction with IEP goals.
• Uses data-driven strategies for behavior management and student progress.
• Communicates with parents/guardians on a regular basis and adheres to procedures.
