Starting pay scales range from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on education level, with additional compensation via a tuition reimbursement program and ongoing coaching by BCBA and school staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to speak and read English with strong communication.
• Adaptability and dependability with punctuality and open to feedback.
• Proficiency with Trellis data collection systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must attend all mandatory trainings and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute naturalistic lesson plans using ABA/VB strategies.
• Demonstrate evidence-based teaching across settings and learners.
• Implement individualized behavior, toileting, and feeding protocols.
• Accurately complete daily data tracking and reporting tasks.
• Attend and contribute to team and high-profile student meetings.
• Prepare instructional materials for individual learners and support staff.
• Support classroom procedures and assist with field trips and activities.
