Job summary

Trellis Services is hiring one-on-one instructors to work with children and adolescents with autism in their homes and in the community in Easton, MD. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening and weekend shifts with a competitive pay rate of $19 per hour, plus Maryland paid sick time and participation in our 401K plan.

As an instructor, you will work under the supervision of a Case Manager, gaining experience with Applied Behavior Analysis while supporting clients in daily living,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Minimum 100 hours of experience with individuals with developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support with daily living and recreation.
• Support clients in community settings and home environments.
• Work under supervision of a Case Manager with ABA principles.
• Flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
