Trellis Services is hiring one-on-one instructors to work with children and adolescents (ages 10 to 21) with autism in their homes and in the community. This part-time position (4 to 40 hours per week-afternoons, evenings and weekends) offers flexible hours, competitive pay of $19/hr, and participation in the 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum 100 hours of working/volunteer/personal experience with individuals with developmental delays
• Reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License/Current Auto Insurance

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS IN THE BALTIMORE COUNTY AREA!

• 16 year old female needs an instructor Mon, Tue, Thur and Friday 230pm-500pm and Wednesday 1230pm-530pm in Cockeysville
• 18 year old male needs an instructor for a flexible 3-4 hour shift every other Saturday and/or Sunday in Phoenix
• 16 year old male needs an instructor Saturday and/or Sunday in Cockeysville

As a Trellis autism instructor, you will work under the supervision of one of our experienced Case Managers and gain experience using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds, and move quickly, according to client needs. It is necessary to be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run.
