Job summary

Precision HR in Massachusetts is seeking licensed Special Education Teachers to join the STRIVE program for elementary students with ASD. This substantial separation classroom requires strong instruction and behavior support, with a focus on academic, behavioral, social, and developmental growth.

Candidates with Severe Disabilities certification preferred; Moderates considered. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–3:00 PM, with compensation up to $65/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts license with Special Education certification (Moderate Disabilities required, Severe preferred).
• DESE eligibility to teach in Massachusetts.
• Master's degree and SEI endorsement.
• Experience in special education, inclusion, or substantially separate classrooms.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts SPED regulations and IEP development.
• Experience designing and delivering individualized instruction for students with disabilities.
• Ability to work a structured, full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction tailored to students' individual learning needs and abilities.
• Apply ABA principles to support learning and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, BCBAs, and related service providers as part of the instructional support team.
• Support students with diverse communication, behavioral, mobility, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with students' IEPs.
