Job summary

Precision HR in Massachusetts is hiring licensed Special Education Teachers to join thriving school communities. In a structured elementary setting, you will support 4th- and 5th-grade students with disabilities (5-8 students) with individualized instruction and behavioral supports.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, ASAP start, for the full school year. Compensation is up to $65/hour, depending on experience and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts teaching license with Special Education certification (Moderate Disabilities; Severe Disabilities certification preferred).
• Eligibility to teach in Massachusetts through DESE.
• Master's degree and SEI endorsement.
• Experience in special education, inclusion, or substantially separate settings.
• Knowledge of MA special education regulations and IEP development.
• Experience designing and delivering individualized instruction for students with disabilities.
• Ability to work a structured, full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and specialized support to 4th- and 5th-grade students with disabilities in a structured elementary school classroom serving 5-8 students.
• Create a supportive learning environment that promotes academic, behavioral, social, and developmental growth.
• Collaborate with general education staff to implement IEP goals and accommodations.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
