Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Instructs assigned classes in the designated locations and times.
• Plans a program of study that meets students' individual needs and abilities.
• Maintains a conducive classroom environment and communicates clear objectives.
• Assesses student progress and provides reports; communicates with parents as needed.
• Maintains accurate records and follows district policies and regulations.
• Diagnoses learning challenges and seeks district specialist assistance as needed.
• Planning and supervising paraprofessionals; participates in teacher evaluation.
