Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Creating engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Teaching academics aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks.
• Monitoring student progress and completing progress reports and assessments.
• Participating in IEP meetings.
• Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary team members.
• Supporting student communication, independence, social development, and life skills.
• Creating a positive, structured classroom environment.
