Job summary

St. David's Center in Hopkins, MN seeks a Mental Health Practitioner I to support, plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum within a safe day treatment environment. You will provide clinically informed services for preschoolers with autism and their families, aligning with ethical standards and organizational values.

You will complete documentation, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to an inclusive, mission-driven work culture with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a mental health related field.
• Must qualify as a Mental Health practitioner under DHS Rule 245.4871 Subdivision 26.
• Relevant experience in the delivery of early childhood programming and mental health services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and a safe, effective day treatment environment.
• Provide mental health services to children and families consistent with ethical best practices and St. David's mission, vision and values.
• Complete documentation in accordance with laws and St. David's policies.
• Demonstrate strong spirit of teamwork and flexibility with the multidisciplinary team.
